01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

02 Acceptance of Terms

03 Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. gl777 may request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts where age verification fails will be suspended immediately with all funds held pending investigation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.3 Mental Capacity and Voluntary Participation

04 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active gl777 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gl777 reserves the right to close all but the first verified account, void any winnings generated from duplicate accounts, and withhold or return deposits at gl777's sole discretion.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering a gl777 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must keep this information up to date. gl777 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Player.

4.3 Account Verification

gl777 may require Players to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any point, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal request; following a significant change in account activity; or as part of a periodic compliance review. Acceptable verification documents include a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh, along with proof of mobile wallet ownership for the payment method on record.

4.4 Account Currency

All gl777 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gl777 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. gl777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

06 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gl777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. gl777 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit card, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the Cashier section of the platform.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction and daily deposit limits are displayed in the gl777 Cashier section and may vary by payment method. gl777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same gl777 account. Withdrawals cannot be directed to third-party accounts. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests for amounts under ৳50,000 are processed automatically and typically arrive in the Player's mobile wallet within 15 minutes. Larger amounts may be subject to additional manual review, which gl777 will endeavour to complete within 24 hours of the request being submitted.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

gl777 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any illegal activity. gl777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any Player whose account activity raises compliance concerns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and may result in a report being filed with relevant authorities.

6.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. gl777 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant account balances after the 12-month threshold has been reached. Players will receive advance notice by mobile number before any dormancy fee is applied.

07 Bonus Terms

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentive offers made available by gl777 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each individual promotion, as well as these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's gl777 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the corresponding promotion. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds and any winnings accrued from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the gl777 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution rates for each game category are set out in the promotion terms. Wagering completed on games that do not contribute to the requirement will not count toward satisfying it.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

gl777 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts; placing low-risk, opposing bets to clear wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hunting"); using automated betting systems in conjunction with bonus funds; or any other strategy that gl777 determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine play. Where bonus abuse is identified, gl777 reserves the right to void bonus funds and related winnings, close the Player's account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

7.5 Welcome Bonus

New gl777 Players who make a qualifying first deposit of ৳500 or more are eligible for the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, and per payment method. The welcome bonus is not available to Players who have previously held a gl777 account. 08 Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on gl777 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and sports data providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules published by the respective studio. gl777 makes no warranty regarding the outcome of any game or betting market.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slots and RNG games are set by the respective game providers and are independently certified. gl777 does not modify game RTPs. 09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gl777 platform. A Player found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information, including fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or benefiting from another Player's account in any manner.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. gl777 will endeavour to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practical.

14 Account Suspension and Termination

gl777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a gl777 transaction.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Player is located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

A Player whose account is closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions may have their balance withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where closure is initiated by gl777 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
